1. Wipe clean with a lint-free cloth

2. If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with water

3. For a deeper clean, use isopropyl alcohol with a lint-free cloth

4. Rinse with water afterward

5. Allow the band to dry fully before wearing

It is important to avoid trapping moisture between your skin and the band.

Because SportFlex is made from silicone, it is less breathable than SuperKnit bands. Some users may experience irritation or contact sensitivity due to prolonged wear, moisture, sweat, soap residue, sanitizer, or other trapped contaminants.

You may be more likely to experience irritation if:

• You have eczema, allergies, or sensitive skin

• The band is worn too tightly

• The band is not cleaned and dried regularly

To help reduce irritation:

• Keep the band clean and dry

• Allow your skin to breathe by occasionally changing the band position

• Avoid excessive moisture buildup under the strap

Please note that loosening the band may help reduce irritation, but it can also affect signal quality.
