2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged item
- The wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos showing the issue and packaging
We will assess and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on availability and the case.
3. How to Request a Return

Do not send returns without confirmation, as they may not be processed.

- If the return is for personal preference (change of mind), return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
